自五月十九日起， Autechre 於線上音樂店 Bleep 每天公開一首共十三首，皆為今年新專輯 Quarstice 曲目的未發表變奏新曲，總長近一百四十分鐘。聽眾可一次買齊，也可挑個別喜歡的曲目購買。

南海演出錄音網上發表
除舊佈新，舊貨出清，我去年在南海演出的錄音也在 ARCHIVAL VINYL 發表了。這場算是留存紀錄較多的一場表演，除了有影像紀錄外，還有幾次訪談。在此感謝南海藝廊、失聲祭、姚大鈞、以及藝術家雜誌。

…Well, there was only 3 tracks on Confield that had Max sequencing. It’s ironic, I mean Pen Expers was made using a minidisk, like by pausing a DMX drum machine, I could go through the whole album and be really boring. But there’s only 3 tracks on there that are really generative really. It just gets massively overblown because people think it’s dead interesting, but it’s not is it? To me it’s just like a bunch of arpeggiators plugged into each other, going off and we’ve been doing that since Lego Feet days.
I guess it makes for a good Sound On Sound interview though…

Indeed, still the stuff of legend on too many internet forums, folk trying to work out what you have running in your computer task bar.Aww no! [Laughs], I probably should have hidden it or something.

A lot of our experience with gear is, if you know it well enough, no matter how simple it is, you can find something that it perhaps wasn’t intended for. Or certainly something that nobody else has managed to touch upon yet. I mean let’s face it, we’re all clones nowadays. We’ve all got the same archives, we’ve all got the same Hyundai, we’ve all got the same Mac or PC components, and we’re all being told the same news stories globally. Autechre 新專輯
Autechre 官網重新開放，除了公開 mp3 與 flac 線上購買版外，也宣布這張專輯將會有一限量版，包含精裝全新封面以及一張限量版才有的ＣＤ，收錄原專輯中某些曲目的不同版本。另外他們也將在二月二十三日在官網作線上演出。
他們並沒如預定到 Mary Anne Hobbs 的節目表演，取而代之的是 Mary Anne Hobbs 又播放了另一首專輯曲目。
